BCI Cotton is produced within the Better Cotton Standard System - a holistic approach to sustainable cotton production which covers all three pillars of sustainability: environmental, social and economic.

Our woven garments are produced locally in our hometown of Los Angeles, CA by our longtime partners. Working locally allows us to support our community of highly skilled craftspeople, and have hands-on oversight through the entire design process, resulting in increased efficiency and waste reduction.

Designed with intention to last for years to come, all seams are dually-reinforced french seams.

Shipping

We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $350. A shipping confirmation with tracking will be emailed when your order has been shipped.

Orders shipping within the US are shipped via UPS Ground - typical ship times are 3-7 working days. Please  for rush shipping options. We offer shipping insurance with Route which can be added to your order on the cart page.

Orders shipping to destinations outside the US will be shipped via DHL (typical ship time is 3-7 days) or USPS (typical ship time is up to three weeks depending on destination). If you have placed an order shipping to a destination outside the US, tax, customs and import duties will be levied by the client's local government on top of our shipping cost.  Please review our  page for more details.

Returns

Any full-price, unworn and unwashed items may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Purchases made using a gift card or store credit are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Your account will be credited your refund or any difference in your exchange within 3 business days of receipt. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement, depending on your credit issuer’s processing time.
